We were chosen by the Ministry of Finance to undertake a comprehensive audit of their multiple customer journeys and empathy maps regarding the polish tax offices. The aim of this, was to identify pain points and areas for improvement that will enhance the overall customer experience.
Based on our research findings, we provided the Ministry with operational recommendations to optimize (streamline) their inquiry and office process, improve their communication strategy, and deliver high-quality services. Our suggestions also included proposals for changes in the area of their customer service standards.
Our project underscored the significance of prioritizing customers and the advantages that can be derived from adopting a customer-centric approach.
Our team designed a user-friendly web application for Modi’s research panel, which allowed researchers to connect with participants and collect data for analysis.
We conducted thorough research to understand the client’s needs and goals, involving them in workshops throughout the project. We developed a strategy and plan for the application’s design, functionality, and features using our insights. We created a brand identity, a visual design system, and a high-fidelity prototype, which we tested with users to validate our design decisions.

Usability and communication audit by our firm helped iYoni, a startup offering an app to support women on their journey to conceive, better understand their target audience’s needs and preferences.
We conducted in-depth interviews with members of the target audience to identify pain points, frustrations, and coping mechanisms related to fertility issues. Our research provided valuable insights into the unique needs and preferences of the target audience. We identified areas for improvement in the app’s usability and communication. We provided actionable recommendations to optimize their content strategy and provide personalized features.
By focusing on the needs of its users, iYoni continues to grow in the American market to provide a valuable service to women on their journey to conceive.
Our team enjoyed working with HugeTECH, a startup incubator platform that supports innovative ideas and new businesses.
We provide a full range of UX/UI design, audit, and branding services. As part of our collaboration with the HugeTECH incubator, we worked with 37 startup companies. We collaborated closely with each client to understand their needs and goals. Through market analysis, research, and strategic planning, we created solid visual identities that accurately represented each startup’s values and brand attributes. The final products included versatile logos, brand books with guidelines for visual elements, and landing pages that provided a positive user experience.
Thanks to our collaboration, the startups now have consistent and professional brand images that reflect their unique values and innovations.
